There is a double spaghetti strap that is attached to the waist, wide lace shoulder straps, lace bodice and the hem is trimmed with sheer chiffon. The bust is actually lace over chiffon, body is semi-sheer nylon. I don't see any issues except a tiny pin sized dot/mark on the front right side, not a hole. It truly is gorgeous!
