This decanter has the original matching topper with the attached cork, what a superb find in this condition. It has gold trim on the topper and the bottom - very little signs of pre-ownership. I gave it a cursory cleaning, of which it barely needed, and did see a blue mark on one side, you can see it in the very first photo. Not dramatic, just turn the decanter and you won't even see it. I didn't try to remove it, but when I tried with my nail, it got much fainter, so I'm assuming it will be easy to rub away. It stands about 8" tall and about 5.5" wide at the widest point.
