Heavily beaded all around, double beaded hand straps, satin lining, ornate snap closure. Another nice feature that I noticed is that the lid is on a spring design, where it gently opens and stays open for you, as you look through your purse. I don't see any manufacturer name, only a tag that reads it's made in Japan. Some blemishing on the metal frame, I don't see any beading damage or missing beads.
