It looks to be a tie dye color job, perhaps done on purpose? I'm not entirely sure on that, either way, that's what it looks like to me. If it's not tie dye, then it was the owner's first attempt at dying and they made an oops. Either way this is a super soft nylon satin slip, self adjusting lace shoulder straps.
