Highly Collectible Vintage 40's Dainty Embossed Silver Frame Formal Evening Tapestry Purse w/ Chain.....Here I have a fancy little vintage tapestry bag with an embossed frame and a 5.5" chain, golden brocade fabric inside, clean and ready to wear with your little black dress. Judging by the style, I am going to date this circa 1940's, could be older! Measures 9 x 7" including the chain. It is in lovely condition, please be sure to look at all of the photos. The inside of the frame has a raised stamping that reads China Silver with the word "Sung" in reverse. The more research I've done, the more I come up with a silversmith by the name of Zee Sung, which would make this purse highly collectible. If anyone has further information, I would certainly welcome your email! In the meantime, the purse is for sale :)
