Vintage 2 Piece Hobert Rayon Satin Gown & Silk Peignoir Set 38-42.....A fantastic find, matching 2 piece set by Hobert, circa 1930-40's. The gown is rayon satin, excellent condition with ecru lace trim and bias hem. The peignoir is a sheer vintage silk or sheer chiffon, matching ecru lace, waist tie, very beautiful. The only issue is a some slight pinking on the front of the peignoir, should come out with some gentle TLC. Tagged as a 38 but will fit up to a 42" bust. Gown has a waist of 34", hips up to 52", length is 55". The peignoir measures 15" seam to seam across the shoulders, sleeves 26" from shoulder to cuff, length is 54". It's difficult to find matching pieces like this, really a great addition to your collection.
